About
Research interests: My research focuses on developing optimization models and algorithms for important real-world problems. These problems include those in election administration (e.g., the political districting problem) and problems involving supply chain optimization. I often combine heuristic and exact optimization approaches, resulting in methods that quickly generate high-quality solutions to large or otherwise challenging problems.
